Q1: Regarding the current and general state of college wrestling, do the traditional powers have too much influence? (i.e. rules, recent and now defunct national duals where a single orange coach can basically work behind the scenes to get/avoid certain match-ups)

Q2: Besides donating to the SERTC, what from your perspective can Hokie nation do to help continually build the program?

Q3: When choosing who to go after in recruiting, what characteristics do you look for in a potential student-athlete that make them a "FIT" in the VT room?

Q4: How often do the elite (top-50 prep wrestlers) accept less scholarship money because of other factors (their ability to start, drilling partners, academics, etc.)?

Q5: How old were current VT wrestlers when the staff first made contact with them?

Q6: It's Monday morning before the NCAA Championships begin on Thursday, how many pounds over are most NCAA wrestlers that qualified?

Qs7&8: What was the best win by a VT wrestler this past year? ....EVER in your time here?

Q9: Which team ACC tournament title was the sweetest for you and why?
