Switching to wine in this same thought. One of the first places where I


did a wine tasting, they had you taste 2 of their Chardonnay's.

Both the same year, both the same vineyard, so no difference in the grape quality / flavor.

But one was aged in stainless steel, the other aged in oak. Suddenly, you knew what oak tasted like and what it did to the wine. It was kinda cool having that very clear example.
