I can't figure out why Sutton Ross, after Elizabeth helped him break out, was SO COMMITTED to helping her. I mean, I can see him owing her a favor to some extent, but knowing that "Reddington" and the FBI were both on the case, he would have shared his info with Elizabeth and gotten out of town....not set up some sort of trap like that that got him and 5 or 6 of his people killed.
