The only consistently successful program north of us is Hofstra and Coach Anderson isn't leaving there. I'm not sure you want to hire from up there, anyway. You're going to need to recruit the south and west coast to be successful. That's where the players are. JMU did OK with the Beverly Bandits pipeline (midwest) but still would not had been successful without the two AA locals in the circle.
