Yep. As it stands right now, all it takes is for some hard right wing

conservative to win the Oval Office and all these states with legal pot will be targeted for enforcement of the federal ban on weed. As long as the feds still consider it a controlled substance, the DOJ can go in whenever they choose and seize EVERYTHING. It wouldn't be pretty.

Doubt anyone tries it anytime soon, but it's just a matter of time as long as the feds still ban it.

And God help any of those businesses who attempt to deduct their expenses and the IRS finds out. They can make life a living Hell, and they don't need a Gestapo Raid to do it either.
