Ooof. That said at least half my senior class of over 1,000 kids


could have been popped for that back in the early 90s (myself included). Plenty of Friday/Saturday nights Junior/Senior years you could have found a 100 or so of us packed into various cars with a case of beer or worse in the trunk. Add to that some loud music and whoever was driving not paying the greatest attention and it's a wonder we all made it.

That said no keys for a year and a random drug test or two over that same period would be my course. Gotta scare em a little and hold the axe high. My son it transitioning right now to the "full challenge your authority" stage and it's been hard letting go of being his buddy and moving full time into being his parent but know it'll pay off in the end.
