That's great. I've lost about 25 lbs since Feb. I'm down


to 200 lbs now. I have cut way back on snacks, sodas and the like. About a month ago I started doing a lot of walking, about 6-8 miles a day. Oddly I lost most of the weight before I started walking. It has also lowered my blood pressure quite a bit.
