You make an interesting argument.

tOSU's recruiting is firing at such a high level, its hard to tell if they are not developing as well as the other big schools, or if their kids are just coming at their ceiling as freshman.

As Texashokie touched on, its hard to ignore the level of success they have had at NCAA's and in freestyle.

Its nitpicking, but I tend to agree with you. I believe tOSU may be slightly behind on development. I think if you swapped out Cornell or NC State's staff with tOSU's, tOSU would be at the same level and occasionally beat PSU (and not just on a year when PSU redshirts the bulk of their team).
