Just witnessed something I had never seen before. Watched a lizard (not


the lounge variety) change from brilliant green to a dull rusty brown. My dog was watching it from inside and I opened the door and let her our to get it. It jumped on an old brown metal candle lamp on the deck while idiot dog was sniffing everywhere looking for it. While it stayed perfectly still on the candle lamp, it turned from green to brown.

I had always heard about them doing that, but I had never actually witnessed it. It took about 15 - 20 seconds to change colors. Definitely cool.
