We're a Gov't contractor and it's illegal for us is all 50 States.

We have offices in DC, CA, CO, MA and WA. Doesn't matter where you are, the company views it as a federal (and fireable) offense. Of course we don't test until there's an accident, but it'd suck if you got fired after being in a fender bender where it wasn't your fault.
