Ok, scam or no scam? (inside)

I'm in nova trying to sell an expensive watch ($400) on craigslist. Emailed a few times and his emails seemed legit with this guy and then he sends me this:

"Hello,
Thank you so much! May I know your address, please? I live in western part of Lynchburg, which means I need to drive for 4 hours to get to your location. Considering the time and gas fees, can you give me a better offer, please? I'd like pay by cash.
Thanks again!"

Too fishy?
Tell him to pound sand?
