I would put Prince right up there at the top for male vocalist.

Not sure if she really qualifies as a pure rocker, but Christina A.'s voice is incredible.

If she is disqualified due to style of music, I'm going to go off the board and say Sarah Blackwood, vocalist for Walk Off The Earth. She is awfully talented (as is everyone in that group).
