Tinch did very well at Maryland and Syracuse.

When she was at Syracuse, they made the NCAA for the first time in program history and apparently did a good job when she was at Maryland per the linked story.

Granted, this story is from several years ago, but with her dad running pitching clinics for years, she would seem to have a decent idea about coaching.
