Back in Oregon Trail days, would you have enjoyed where you currently live?


For me, the Charlotte area is not perfect but it would have been fairly safe. No swamps, deserts, or extreme winters. Summer is usually not too bad or humid (usually). Worst thing here is really some rough thunderstorms that roll through on occasion. So all in all, I think I could have survived here back in the day.
