....others have said, not sure I like the higher price and the structure; but I also need the structure; so if it makes me get in there and I have accountability to the "coaches", I'll keep with it. I need to do something, as my big ol fat late-50's self is about 40lbs overweight and out of shape.....and though as of now not any major health issues, I don't want to get to that stage. I was very fit about 7 yrs ago..... not sure what happened to that guy.....oh wait, dinner plates with sideboards, beer/bourbon, and no regular movement waved bye to that guy.....
