If divers ave already made it to the kids there should be a guideline.

Give each kid a knockout cocktail, truss em up with a full face mask and tow them back along the guideline while they are asleep. Don't take any chances with them panicking and ripping their mask off by trying to bring them back awake. Edited to add that if Musk can supply the pod like he says in the post below, that would be perfect for the knock em out and tow plan.
