I’d gather all 50+ around me on the carpeted floor and begin pulling every day commercial products out of a grocery bag on at a time. For each product, I’d read the packaging, the boasts, the disclaimers, etc with a certain pitchman excitement. Sometimes, I’d just let the product stupidity speak for itself. Usually, the kids would wind up laughing uncontrollably. At jocularity’s peak, I’d hit them with the old “Design your own product/ promotion campaign”. Good times.
