I have no idea how to respond to this work email. I was forwarded a request

from someone w/in my company. The request was from a customer regarding access forms for two people. The person who forwarded it to me CC'd a bunch of managers and said "Hurley, Please assist and approve forms previously submitted, as customer was reminding us that Person 1 and Person 2 forms are not provided from Legal side - so please send ASAP, this was overdue."

I went back through my Outlook and found where I submitted said forms back in April. I replied, attached them to the email, and said "see attached, these were submitted in April."

She responds "Hurley. Please see it was submitted for Person 1 as well, so please let us know what is missing on your end?"

What the hell are you talking about? Nothing is missing on my end, I'm not asking you for anything, you're asking me for something you have now confirmed you already have.

And trust me, no shun is warranted here.
