flooring they sent me June 6th. The installers came 6/13 and did my whole first floor but I have two sets of stairs that have yet to be done due to F&D screwing up the order. It's been over a month and I can't seem to get any response on when to expect the new materials. I used to be able to get them on the phone and the manager would say "let me take a look at the inventory and call you back" and then not call me back. Now they're ignoring my voicemails and emails. When I first discovered the broken flooring and the fact that they sent reducers instead of bullnose the manager refunded the cost of both of those things and said "I'm going to refund it and replace it with the right stuff." Which is great accept, as I said, it's now been over a month and nothing has been replaced. It might be time to reach out to the CEO and say things like "What the heck, man!?"
