I think there may be a precedent here.


No way Bitter gets all those followers without the RT. But, just because you're a follower doesn't mean you read the RT. It does increase web page hits, which makes money for the RT.

Further, the twitter account isn't something that either party purchased.

As a "fan" of legal dilemmas, I find this interesting.I just don't recall this type of situation ever being brought up. And it may impact a LOT of writers.
