Someone please explain the appeal of Top Golf


I’ve never even seen one but they are building one near me. So you pay for a booth, and swing away until bored? And can buy (likely expensive) drinks and food? Unless you are a hard core golfer and it is winter, why would you do Top Golf over a driving range?
