You are right about City's performance last season

However, even if ManU had finished "close" or won the EPL title last year, Jose would have still called out Pogba, Herrera, Martial, Blind, and others in the media. He did it in his first stint (I think) at Chelsea when they won the EPL title and only lost 3 games all season.

I think some fans may be upset that Giggs didn't get the job since it seemed he was being groomed under Sir Alex.
