128 over 70ish isnt high.


I would take that and never spend a minute worrying about it. Most doctors are not going to recommend medication until your numbers are regularly approaching 140/90. In recent years some recommendations have gotten ridiculous. Scares people who have occasional high numbers into running to their doctor. Who are not going to be inclined to prescribe meds.
