Single geographic origin beans can become a very good cup of coffee. It should be roasted so that the roast flavor the local characteristics of the bean.

But because Sumatra, Blue mountain have been given such a branding and command such a high price, I encourage you to consider the African coffees like Ethiopia and Kenya.
