DST isn't sent as part of the signal; it only sends the time for UTC


Any chance there's a toggle on the clock somewhere that's been jostled and turned the DST adjustment off?

Thinking more on it, you say it's an hour ahead right now? If it were showing EST instead of EDT, it'd be an hour behind. Any chance you have it set to Atlantic Time? (Which at the moment would be Atlantic Daylight Time (UTC -3))?
