Buy a 12 volt TV


This way you can hook it right to a car (or preferably) a marine battery. This enables you to bypass an power inverter which greatly increases the efficiency and how long you can have the TV on. Also means you won't need a loud, messy, heavy generator to lug around. Also, bring a pair of rabbit ears along to watch Fox, CBS or NBC games for free. We don't get ABC over the air here in Blacksburg.
