Or does it only become WAF after the first time you broadcast *cough blast* ESPN's coverage of "Enter Sandman" and it causes the wife's good dish to fall off the table or counter?

I asked because my FR I lived on the 1st Floor on WAJ and my roommate decided to build homemade speakers. I don't know what modifications he made to it, but whenever he played the "right sound" he would cause the Head RA's, who lived down the hall, coffee mug to fall and break from wherever it was positioned. Also, the Head RA got similar reports from the 7th Floor.
