First contract was cautious


The school admin clearly played it cautiously with the first contract, not wanting to lock in too long term on someone who had never been a head coach (and recognizing that there was a lot of interest in the job). I view this extension as the affirmation that he's the right man for the job and needs to be locked in for a longer period. Well deserved!
