Maybe it looked better on TV. But from where we sat

The glare of the lights made it almost look like faded shirts I no longer wear. I thought the color would be more dramatic.

Regarding parachute pyrotechnics, I though they tried too hard to put on a show on the national stage, to appear like the Big Boys, and it was forced. And now, after the game, well ...

I am ok with an occasional chute guy dropping in. The military flyover is more dramatic and classy, to me. It is all personal opinion, I do not claim to be right.

I doubt the effect of Lane. Please quit hyping it. Others, outside of Blacksburg, are laughing. Didnt the ND player say they didn't care about the noise, that they were coming in, would kick the sh-t out us, and roll out of town, all business like. (So glad folks made sure to post it as locker room material.) I didn't see a whole lot of trash talking from their guys, just going about their business. As Foster said, they played 60 minutes, and our players did not.

Oh well. It is over. Focus on the ACC. They've got to bring it. A lot can still happen. But a little humility and a lot of heart could go a long way, before it's over.
