JJ runs the system better than Willis but the system doesn't win FB games, players do. Willis has the skills to make things happen and win games even if he doesn't stay inside the system. Fuente's devotion to the "system" limits our ceiling as a program if it cannot be flexible enough to accommodate talented players doing what talented players do...make plays. Notice that our #1 RB is a walk on who should be a FB while the faster and more talented (but less "reliable") RB's languish or transfer.
