Just emailed a bid to a potential client


I'm a contractor with 30+ years experience in the DC/MD/NOVA area. I specialize in full home remodels as well as upscale kitchens and bathrooms. I get a call from a client who wants me to change over his out house to a full bathroom, hmm. I mention this is a unique request, but I would have to go over some numbers due to the complexity of the small space and what I can do? Before I get off of the phone, the client tells me that he has 3 other bids that are way higher than he expected to pay for this change over. As I sit here, I can't help but feel this guy is a cheapskate wanting a bargain for the work? Well screw that, he can Shirt in a hole for the rest of his life, or pay me the 25K I proposed..
