I love JB. Although I heard him talk in XM interview where he acknowledged

that he had a reputation in the recording studio where he would drive the band members nuts as they would record over and over certain tracks. To the point where the band would threaten to walk out.

He'd finally re-listen to the first recording, only to then admit, "Hey, this is pretty good".
Says he's tried to mellow out with age.
Guess that's what it takes to get to that level.
