I have about the same amount of land. But there is a large plot of land next door that is owned by FFx County because it has a natural spring/headwater that originates about 5 feet from my property. It is heavily wooded in the back yard and we have "annexed" a portion of the county land. Our invisible fence runs through there. I only have 2 significant very large trees in the front, but the neighbors stuff blows in our yard. The back yard will get knee deep, which was great fun for the kids when they were little. Good news is that we don't bag our leaves. We blow them deeper into the woods, and the front yard leaves get blown onto a tarp to drag them around back (multiple trips). The whole job would take us about 8 hours if we did it ourselves but a few years ago we decided we didn't want to do it anymore, so we have our lawn service do it. Seems they charge the same amount whether there is a dusting, or the leaves are knee deep. So we wait.
