I saw him several times down here. He's legit...


He's got good quick hops, good range on his jumper and handles the ball pretty well.

He outclassed many of the guys down here in SWVA and NETN. The closest talent from down here I could compare him too was Calvin Talford from Castlewood.

He does have one big Achilles heel though...his defense is severely lacking and many of his points came from cherry picking down the court. Gate City was good enough to play 4 on 5 against most teams and get away with it.

I think he'll do good at Georgetown, he's a good kid.

FWIW Gate City HS is going to be good this year too...the cupboard is far from bare over there in Scott County.
