My chrome has done that. It was frustrating, since I use the most

commonly used website icons in the center of the page all the time.

One time, I had to delete all the cookies that built up over time. Found it in settings. The other two times, chrome just fixed itself by closing and opening the browser after waiting a while.

My network drops out at times too. Geeze, are you with shentel in Radford too?!
