I got this same one a couple days ago

It came from my email address to my email address. My computer has been acting strange for a couple months (windows calculator not working, app defaults get reset after every reboot), which made me think there was something to it. I've changed all my passwords and am making sure OS and virus protection are all up to date. No further contact yet.
