Yes he did. Just watched it...

Dom really should have won this as he seemed to control most of the match. You're right. He was deep on that first shot before Jamal squirmed away and gained control. The video barely showed that last takedown you described...rolling out of bounds but that was a huge call. I'm sure Dom would like a do-over.
