As the old adages go "never say never" and "that is why they play the game" anything is possible and as long as they are playing they have a chance. My choice of words in the earlier post to give Johnson credit for having the program rolling recognizes that HS was a solid to good program before he got there but, he is putting the Springers in the rarefied air discussion of the Ronald Curry led Crabbers and the wrecking machine that was Phoebus in the early to mid 2000s. The weather forecast for Saturday will be a challenge and a wet field and slippery ball can certainly impact play. Should be a fun game to watch for people that brave the elements.
