Require all Pitt bulls to be neutered or spayed. If they aren’t & the dog

Is discovered you lose the dog & are fined severely. That dog either gets put down or into a sanctuary paid for by the previous owner after it is spayed or neutered Eventually, the breed dies off. After a certain date say 15 years from now, all pitt Bulls would either be put down or required to be placed in some kind of registered Pitt bull sanctuary.
There is a way it can be done. I’m sure you can figure it out. I get tired of spelling it out for people. It is time for something to be done.
