Are you saying you have 3 phones and one number or 3 real lines?

is there a phone system in play here or just Cox provided number that rings in a hunt group programmed by them? Chances of all three phone shirting the bed at the same time is low. Chances of Cox having a bad pair (if it's twisted pair) or static coming in over the coax is pretty high.
