Fun watching foreigners trying to get a drivers license.

Looked to be from Central America.

1st lady couldn't understand what to do for the eye test. She'd read the first letter (it was "O", then stop. after 25 minutes and three others helping her (including one American helper and two fellow CAs) she got it. There were 4 more with the same issue. They had 5 lines tied up. My 10 minute trip took 45 minutes.

My 30 day tags are out in 2 days and no new plates have arrived. Yesterday I re-ordered my "48 ZIP" plates. 20 minutes later, I get a new set of 30 days tags. Fun trip, though no fault of the patient folks at DMV. They were incredibly patient.
