We did one in our CT house, but it was A) Free and B) Required for our


Solar panel installation.

They gave us something like 40 free CFL bulbs, but the blower test was probably of the most value. It identified leakage locations (mostly around drain pipes and the oven/stove exhaust hood) and then they caulked those up as part of it.

Depending on what you're paying for it, it's probably worth it as at the least you'll get some energy savings from things like the caulking.
