Developing Kane will go down as his greatest achievement


He likes developing players.

Half the team were mid-level players when he got there. He resurrected Dembele and Vertonghen. Developed Som, Dele, Trippier, Davies, Dier, Winks, and most importantly Kane.

The only players he lucked into were Eriksen and Lloris.

And it took him 3 years to get it done. No way ManU tolerates 3 years of finishing 8th.
