Someone should conduct a huge study comparing a group of normal 30 yr olds

with a BAC of .05 to a group of 75 and 80 year old citizens who still have their drivers licenses and are driving around. Use the same parameters that are always mentioned in the BAC arguments such as reaction times. Then use the study to determine if the 75+ drivers should just have their licenses pulled. Or better yet, if they have their license and flunk the reaction time test be charged with the same thing as a DUI. Honestly what's the difference?

Perhaps reaction times should be tested before anyone at any age is granted a drivers license then tested annually once someone starts collecting social security.

I'm more worried about distracted driving (texting) than drivers with .05 BAC.
