False...I think they try to get it right.


In fact, the local guys here in the NRV have been low on the last several...

The one late last spring the guru consensus was much lower than what we finished with. for the Dec. 9 storm, they were pretty much all using a foot as their max, and I had 19" outside my door.

For the last couple of years, the Euro model has been the best...look there, and I bet you'll be an inch on either side of that about 95% of the time.
