(orange theory fitness). I've been now for about 9 months and already lost 30 pounds and gained some muscle but I figured what the hell, maybe I can go hardcore and drop further to my college weight. I've only been serious about exercise and still eat mostly what I want (if it's in the time restricted window of eating that is). Of course, one major point of posting this is to brag that my weigh in is not until Sunday and I plan on effin' gorging some food this weekend, probably get rather drunk to boot. Because whynot, amirite? How much weight can I gain this weekend. I'm thinking 10 pounds before Sunday at 11am?

Then, I have to turn it off, eat clean, limit booze to my 40th bday weekend in February.

Thinking about getting into body building too. What does the lounge think of me trying Human Growth Hormone prior to summer pool season. That'll really get the swim team moms goin'!!!!
