Enjoyed watching MD play but I don’t think he’s anywhere close to having


his jersey retired. 5 on the other hand makes a much stronger case.

Finishing with 2 school records (3 tournament appearances and all-time assists) strengthens his case.

If the team can make a little run and get to the Sweet 16, the #5 banner will be all but already hung by April.
