Sadly not...

Apparently the banking industry has a higher opinion of my capability than I do. We were fortunate enough to be loaned money to buy our dream location fixer-upper while still owning our dream home in a far less than dream location. I am thankful to be down to one mortgage 💪🏼 now. That was definitely not fun. Location, location, location. Know yourself.

I am a fan of fiscal conservatism and surpluses... but I will borrow the fark out of free money!!!
