I actually disagree with the out-of-bounds stall call in certain cases.


If shot upon, I believe you should have the right to defense or counter, which means stepping backwards in some cases. If actively defending and in the process go out of bounds simply because there is not enough real estate to work with should not merit a stall call. There are plenty of instances of retreating out of bounds without being pressured to do so or to avoid contact or waste time....these are the ones that merit a stall call.
