Any action scene that inserts a random closeup of a person in middle


Oh look at this scared person holding a kid or talking on the phone.

Or when they suddenly go to slow motion. Other than the matrix or a Jean Claude movie, slow motion should never be used.

Both of those just suck the intensity out of any action scenes and break the immersion for me.
